We take pride in providing quality products to our customers and with our hassle free return policy, we guarantee your satisfaction with every order. The return window starts after a delivery has been made to the customer as follows:
Vegetables and fresh produce can be returned within 2 days
Coconuts can be returned within 5 days
Frozen items can be returned within 5 days
All dry goods and non-perishables can be returned within 7 days.
All packaged items MUST be returned in the original manufacturer's packaging. To start a return contact us at +1 813-303-0373 / support@grosury.com with a photo of the defective item. Once item is accepted for return, refund will be processed immediately and our delivery team will pick the item from you when they are in your route. If you would like a replacement instead, please let us know and we will process it with your next order. If the return is not due to defective product or service and only due to customer changing their minds, a nominal restocking fee may be charged.
CANCELLATIONS:
If cancelling an entire order only due to customer changing their minds, a nominal transaction/cancellation fee may be charged to the customer and deducted from the refund amount.

All Sale Items are final and are not eligible for refunds/returns/exchanges. We reserve the right to limit quantities.
