- Grosury offers both online & in-store purchase.
- For online purchase, we are currently offering only store pickup.
- Do I need to open an account to be able to place an order on Grosury.com?
- We always prefer you to sign up with Grosury.com. This will provide an easier checkout, and your order history will be available in grosury.com.
- Checkout as guest is also available. You can complete your checkout by providing your delivery address and contact details.
- Does Grosury have all of the top quality brands that is available in a regular Indian store?
- Yes. Grosury is committed to sell all top quality branded products to customers which is available in a regular Indian grocery store.
- If you see any items missing, you can share your feedback via contact us. We will do our best to get that stocked in few weeks.
- I did not receive an order confirmation or delivery email.
- Some mail providers may automatically categorize your email into different folders. Please check other email folders or categories for the email. Please also check your spam folder.
- Can I return items if they are not up to my satisfaction?
- Absolutely. Please visit our returns page for more details.
- Can I cancel my order after it is placed?
- Yes, you can cancel your order anytime after it is placed and before delivery. Please contact support to help you with this. A processing fee of 3.5% or $1 (which ever is higher) may be charged for cancellations at our discretion.
- How can I get some of the products that I am regularly using?

- Is Grosury available across US?
- Yes, we do have shipping service (non-perishable products) across US. But our door delivery service is currently available only in Tampa bay area. We are in the process of expanding to other cities.
- Is there a delivery service?
- No, currently we are are not offering delivery service. We provide In-Store shopping & Pickup for online orders.
